Midas Networks, Inc. was incorporated in 2002 by Ken Tooke and Chris Boyd with the goal of providing affordable, reliable IT solutions for growing companies.

Together, Ken and Chris have almost 40 years combined experience in data communications, network management, and internet technologies. In addition to their extensive IT experience, they are committed to developing customer-centered solutions and to providing exceptional customer service.

Ken Tooke has 21 years of experience working in and managing telecom, LAN, and PC installations and support. Companies include Apogee Telecom, Darwin Networks, East Coast Concepts, and Cornerstone Integrated Services. Technologies include DSL, Ethernet, TDM, Voice over IP, and 802.11 wireless.

Chris Boyd has 18 years experience in telecom and data networking. Companies include Apogee Telecom, MCI, and Paradyne. Technologies include DSL, TDM, ISDN, Frame Relay, ATM, Ethernet, 802.11 and voice over packet. While at Paradyne, Chris worked with MCIWorldCom and ConnectSouth to roll out network management solutions for their frame relay and DSL networks.
