Using ASMTP with Apple Mail

On the menu bar, click Mail:Preferences. When the pane pops up, click on "Accounts"

Edit the account that you want to use the Midas Networks mail server for.

Click on the "Outgoing Mail Server" and select "Add Server."

In the "SMTP Seerver Options" pane, set these options:

Outgoing Mail Server: mail.midasnetworks.com

Check the "Use SSL" box

Authentication: Password

User Name: The name you use to log in to get your mail

Password: Your password

Click "OK", then "OK" again, and close the Mail preferences.

Test your configuration by sending yourself a test email.
